Dear Micro-Gala Host,

Thank you so much for opening your home and giving us the opportunity to share our heart and mission with your community. We are beyond grateful for your willingness to be a part of this year's event! This evening is so much more than just a gathering of family and friends - it's an opportunity to ensure we can keep our doors open and services available in 2021. There are truly no words adequate enough to show our appreciation. Just know, what you are doing tonight will change lives and offer hope to the grieving.

On this page you will find both videos needed for the evening, as well as a suggested timeline of events!

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

1. Set out flyers, magnets and other WWM resources provided in the Host Kit. Please make sure they are in an area visible to your guests.

2. Welcome Guests!

3. Play the “Intro Video”

4. Light the remembrance candle & read the WWM baby's story your evening is honoring (included in Host Kit).

5. Eat, drink & enjoy the company of your guests! While the topic is heavy, we still hope the evening can be light and a time of celebration and remembrance.

6. Play the “Testimonial Video”

7. Dessert time! Please make sure to have purchased your dessert prior to the evening with your WWM gift card (included in Host Kit).

8. Thank everyone that attended for their time and support of WWM!

9. If you receive any cash or check donations, simply place them in the pre-addressed envelope provided in Host Kit.
